Delivery of goods

Delivery of goods is limited to EU Countries. The delivery address must be within the territory of the European Union.
Delivery costs are indicated when you place your order and are calculated and shown in the shopping cart before payment.
Free delivery is valid for orders shipped to: Romania, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland.
The condition for free delivery is placing an order with a minimum gross value of 500 RON or 100 EUR for consumer clients.
Delivery of ordered Goods is carried out via:
- Courier companies: GLS; DHL, DPD, FAN CURIER, CARGUS
- Own transport
We carry out personal collection of ordered goods on working days during warehouse opening hours. Personal collection is not available on public holidays.

Personal collection is possible after paying for the order and receiving an email confirmation that the order is ready for collection.
